Here’s How It Works.

We don’t do rental fees. We do eating and drinking fees. Because if you’re gonna spend money, we’d rather it go toward your plate, not a price tag on the room.

🥂 Fridays & Saturdays:

• 25 people x $25/hour for the first 2 hours = your private party palace.

• Third hour? Free. Seriously.

• Go for a fourth hour? The hourly minimum comes back for one final round.

🧘 Sundays–Thursdays:

• Same setup, but more laid-back:

• 25 people x $25/hour—but only every other hour. (Hour 1 = yes. Hour 2 = relax. Hour 3 = back on. Hour 4 = off again.)

👥 Don’t have 25 guests?

No biggie. You don’t need 25 people—just the spend equivalent.
So if it’s a 10-person party, you’re just covering the difference to keep the space all to yourself. Like buying out a movie theater for your crew. Fancy.

💳 What if you don’t hit the spend?

Let’s say your minimum is $1,250 for two hours, but you only munch and sip your way to $900.
We’ll just add a $350 charge to balance it out. No mystery fees. No math tests. Just a clear, honest difference.
