Our Story
Venti's Cafe began on January 1, 1996, when brothers Dino and Mike Venti opened a tiny 740-square-foot shop in Salem's historic Reed Opera House. Their simple idea — serve good, clean food with bold flavor — quickly gained a loyal following.
Over the years, Venti's expanded across the street to its current home on Court Street, growing into a vibrant café, bar, and community gathering space.
Today, Venti's continues to evolve with a plant-first menu philosophy that welcomes everyone — from vegan diners to craft beer lovers. The restaurant remains deeply connected to Salem's culture, hosting music nights, community events, and gatherings that bring neighbors together.
Now three decades later, Venti's is still driven by the same mission:
great food, great beer, and a strong community.
