Food & Beverage Minimum
To reserve the Beer Vault, we operate on a food & beverage minimum—not a rental fee.
This means your booking is based on what you eat and drink, not just the time you spend.

Here's how it works:
Let's say your food & beverage minimum is $1,250 for two hours, but your total comes to $900.
We'll simply add a $350 charge to meet the minimum.

No mystery fees. No math tests. Just a clear, honest difference.

What Counts Toward Your Minimum

All food and beverage purchases during your event apply toward your minimum, including:

- Catering selections
- Small bites and menu items
- Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages

Gratuity Policy
We keep additional fees to a minimum—but gratuity is not waived.
Parties of 8 or more include a 15% automatic gratuity
Gratuity is capped at $150
